Nø Cosmetics is characterised by its passion for innovative skincare concepts that are inspired by scientific findings and the wishes of the community. With a strong focus on sustainability, efficacy and compatibility, Nø Cosmetics is committed to the vision of producing gender-neutral and vegan cosmetic products. These values were to be emphasised more strongly in the new Shopware 6 online shop.

 

Our goal was to create user-centred user flows that reflect Nø Cosmetics' philosophy. Through strategic design adjustments and enhanced functionalities, we developed an environment that is not only visually appealing, but also functional and future-proof. The new customer journey is now much more customised to the customer's needs, enabling deeper community loyalty and an improved shopping experience.

Strategic realignment through comprehensive analysis

 

The relaunch of the Nø Cosmetics online shop began with an intensive strategy workshop in which we took a close look at the customer journey, target groups and competitors. Through the UX/UI analysis of the existing shop and the technical analysis, we were able to suggest targeted optimisations that we implemented in a prioritised manner in the subsequent sprint phases.

Improved user flow for greater customer loyalty

 

We have created great added value for users through minor UX improvements. The new Nø Cosmetics online shop now offers an optimised user flow that conveys the brand values more strongly and focuses on the individual needs of the target groups. A newly designed product advisor helps customers to find the right skincare products and routines. This function, together with clearer navigation and restructured product attributes, ensures that users can find their way around more easily and experience more pleasant onlineshopping. In addition, they now have the option of ordering sets or customising their own sets, allowing them to combine their care products according to their personal needs. The product detail pages have also been revised and now offer more information on use and ingredients. This additional information helps to better understand the products and make informed purchasing decisions.

Cross-Team commitment and collaboration

 

Together with the Nø Cosmetics project team, we developed a needs-orientated technical solution. This new experience for us as a studio required flexible and open communication as well as joint sprint planning. The basic technical structure of the existing shop was thoroughly analysed and optimised. By migrating to Shopware 6 and integrating important interfaces such as Pickware ERP & WMS, DATEV and Newsletter, we have realised a future-proof technical basis. This enables Nø Cosmetics to work more efficiently and react flexibly to future requirements. In addition, the product structure was redesigned in a joint workshop and the resulting findings on navigation and filter options were implemented.

Continuous development
 

The project with Nø Cosmetics is a continuous process that goes beyond the initial relaunch. Following the successful move to Shopware 6 and the implementation of initial improvements, we are planning further adjustments. Through regular feedback loops and iterative optimisations, we ensure that the online shop is always up to date and meets the highest standards. The result is a future-proof e-commerce system that operates at the highest level both strategically and technically and supports the sustainable success of Nø Cosmetics.
