Our goal was to design user-centered user flows that reflect the philosophy of Nø Cosmetics.
Solution
Through strategic design adjustments and expanded functionality, we have created an environment that is not only visually appealing, but also functional and future-proof. The new customer journey is now much more individually tailored to the needs of customers, enabling deeper customer loyalty and an improved shopping experience.
Strategic realignment through comprehensive analysis
Der Relaunch des Nø Cosmetics Onlineshops begann mit einem intensiven Strategieworkshop, bei dem wir die Customer Journey, Zielgruppen und Wettbewerber genau unter die Lupe nahmen. Durch die UX/UI Analyse des bestehenden Shops und die technische Analyse konnten wir gezielte Optimierungen vorschlagen, die wir in der darauf folgenden Sprintphasen priorisiert umsetzen konnten.
Improved user flow for stronger customer loyalty
Through minor UX improvements we were able to create great added value for users. Nø Cosmetics' new online shop now offers an optimized user flow that conveys the brand values more strongly and focuses on the individual needs of the target groups. A newly designed product advisor supports customers in finding the right care products and routines. This feature, along with clearer navigation and restructured product attributes, ensures that users find their way around better and have a more pleasant shopping experience. In addition, you now have the opportunity to order sets or put together your own sets individually and can therefore combine your care products according to your personal needs. The product detail pages have also been revised and now provide more information on usage and ingredients. This additional information helps to better understand the products and make informed purchasing decisions.
Technical implementation
The project with Nø Cosmetics is a continuous process that goes beyond the initial relaunch. After the successful move to Shopware 6 and the implementation of the first improvements, we are planning further adjustments. Through regular feedback loops and iterative optimizations, we ensure that the online shop is always up to date and meets the highest standards. The result is a future-proof e-commerce system that operates at the highest level both strategically and technically and supports the sustainable success of Nø Cosmetics.
Teamwork as top priority
Together with the Nø Cosmetics project team, we developed a needs-oriented technical solution. This new experience for us as a studio required flexible and open communication as well as joint sprint planning. The basic technical structure of the existing shop was thoroughly analyzed and optimized. By migrating to Shopware 6 and integrating important interfaces such as Pickware ERP & WMS, DATEV and newsletter, we have created a future-proof technical basis. This enables Nø Cosmetics to work more efficiently and to react flexibly to future requirements. In addition, the product structure was redesigned in a joint workshop and the resulting insights into navigation and filter options were implemented.
