HOGAST wanted to make its career portal HOGASTJOB more user-centric, integrate new functions and optimise data synchronisation - all without interrupting ongoing operations.
Solution
After a thorough usability test, we revised the entire candidate journey and turned HOGASTJOB into a modern matching portal. By integrating new functionalities and optimising the recruiting process, we took users more by the hand and made the employee search more efficient and user-friendly.
Matching doesn't only work on Tinder
We developed HOGASTJOB into an innovative, sustainable and trustworthy platform. It turns job and employee search into a modern matching process. The new platform maps the entire candidate journey.
HOGASTJOB is more than just a job portal - it is the place where employers and job seekers come together. Transparent company and applicant profiles as well as an internal chat enable both a simple job or employee search as well as getting to know each other and networking.
A dream job thanks to data logics
By using PHP CMS ‘Neos’, we enabled the customer to maintain content themselves via front-end editing and at the same time created a solid and modern framework basis for the individually integrated business logic. The numerous interfaces to third-party systems and the transfer of the existing data into the structurally completely newly developed system made the project technically challenging. The large amount of data and inconsistency of the original data placed high demands on the migration routes developed specifically for this purpose.
