The Retail Performance Company (rpc) needed a modern facelift for its website that would represent its expertise and values as well as appeal to potential new customers and applicants and motivate them to interact.
Solution
We developed a contemporary website with the innovative ‘Sphiri’ feature - an interactive animation on the homepage that uses scroll triggers to communicate rpc's services in a clear and engaging way. Sphiri creates emotional engagement and increases the chance of attracting leads and applicants by engaging visitors in an active and interesting way.

Our strategic approach aimed to modernise rpc's digital presence while strengthening the company's brand identity. Working closely with rpc, we thoroughly analysed their business objectives and target audiences to develop a bespoke solution. The focus was on optimising the user experience and creating a platform that is both informative and engaging, encouraging interaction with potential customers and applicants.

The website clearly emphasises rpc's expertise and values and should generate more leads and applicants in the long term. The digital business card should inspire visitors and motivate them to get in touch with rpc.
The creative solution for an innovative digital company presence has a name and is called Sphiri.
Sphiri is an interactive animation on the homepage that uses a scroll trigger to quickly and clearly show users what services rpc offers. Sphiri allows us to address visitors not only in a purely informative way, but also to engage and emotionalise users through its interactivity.
Another core concept of the optimised website is an inspiring search function. After clicking on the search bar, visitors are given suggestions on how they can explore the site further. If they already have certain goals in mind, the search bar serves as a shortcut.
Technical implementation
The website is based on the NEOS content management system. We realised the Sphiri animation and other interactive sliders with CSS keyframe animations and vanilla JavaScript. Two content dimensions in NEOS allow uncomplicated content maintenance in different languages and countries with flexible content design.
