What do you do as a Neos Developer at Format D?
As a Neos Developer at Format D, you develop innovative content applications for our demanding and complex client products, overseeing the entire creation process—from technical conception to completion. Working closely with the Strategy, Design, and Development teams, you ensure smooth project execution.
Together with your team, which includes our clients, you analyze technical requirements and develop solutions that are not only functional and scalable but also user- and editor-friendly.
For tailored Neos solutions, you also develop and integrate custom frontend and backend components, packages, and plugins. You work with various technologies and systems, which are integrated into our products via APIs. You ensure that our systems meet the highest quality standards, are regularly updated, and continuously evolve.

- You have a strong passion for developing web applications and enjoy continuously improving and developing yourself
- You have already been involved in the development of projects using the 'Neos CMS' system or the 'Neos Flow' framework
- You have experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Next (React) and Nuxt (Vue)
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team to turn solution ideas, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and designs into a functional frontend and backend
- You are comfortable with agile workflows and have experience with methods such as Scrum or Kanban
